the right to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance, if the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means In addition, the right to obtain that your personal data is
transmitted directly by the Bank to another holder where technically feasible; - right to object - Article 21 GDPR: right to object, at any time for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on condition of lawfulness of the legitimate interest or the performance of a task in the public interest or the exercise of public authority, including profiling, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Controller to continue processing that takes precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court; may object in any at the time of processing where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing;
